Scholarships are now available to pick up in our office!

-Judd Caraker Memorial Scholarship

The following are criteria for application for the Art Scholarship established in memory of Judd Caraker. Judd's family, friends, and colleagues established the scholarship fund after Judds death in 1995 from complications from the AIDS virus.

Qualifying areas of study for eligibility are:

Art Education

Art History

Design

Art Studio (any medium)

Scenic Design

Theater Lighting

Costume Design

-Margaret Sapp Scholarship

The following are criteria for application for the MARGARET SAPP MUSIC scholarship.

Qualifying areas of study for eligibility are:

Vocal Music Education

Vocal Performance

Classical and/or Operatic Music

-Centralia Cultural Society Scholarship for the Arts

Qualifying areas of study for eligibility are:

Any Area of Theater.

-Chad Beguelin Fine Arts Scholarship

The Chad Beguelin Fine Arts Scholarship Committee is accepting applications for the $5000 one-time annual award. The purpose of this scholarship is to assist students from area high schools and colleges who have been affiliated with the Centralia Cultural Society and are seeking to further their education in the fine arts and associated fields. These fields can encompass music, dance, the visual arts, arts management, and theatre arts and its affiliated disciplines, i.e., costume design, lighting, stage design, stage management.

All scholarships applications (except Chad Beguelin Scholarship) can be picked up at the Centralia Cultural Society office M-F 9-5
